The International Arts & Media Foundation was born from a desire to strengthen the bonds between communities through shared cultural experiences. Founded in Calgary, our team recognized a need for platforms that not only showcase talent but also connect people through meaningful engagement. From small-scale workshops to large-scale festivals, IAM is a hub for collaboration, creativity, and connection.

President
Tania is an internationally acclaimed choreographer and director with over 30 years of professional experience across film, stage, and live events. She has collaborated with top-tier artists including Oscar and Golden Globe winner A. R. Rahman, opened for Michael Jackson in Mumbai, and was selected to present for Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II at Alberta's Centennial Celebrations in 2005. A three-time award recipient—the 2015 South Asian Excellence Award for Cultural Icon, the 2022 South Asian Inspiration Award for Outstanding Achievement in Arts, Culture and Entertainment and the 2023 Immigrant of Distinction Award for Visual and Performing Arts —Tania excels in team management, sponsorship coordination, and event production. Based in Calgary, she brings creative vision and operational excellence to her board leadership.

Vice-President
Robin is an international speaker, fitness industry leader, and corporate culture
specialist with over 15 years of board experience.
As founder of O'Grady Consulting, she empowers individuals and organizations to achieve sustainable wellness goals through simple strategies and actionable tools.
Her dynamic approach combines extensive governance expertise with her diverse background as an operations director, fitness industry leader, dancer and aerialist. Based in Calgary with her family.

Secretary
Preeti is a pharmaceutical scientist and community leader with a Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Her expertise spans drug delivery systems, pharmaceutical research, and laboratory management, with specialized knowledge in formulation development and quality control. She has presented research at national conferences, including the Indian Pharmaceutical Congress, and holds certifications in Intellectual Property Management. Her technical background is complemented by strong analytical skills and experience with advanced pharmaceutical instrumentation. Based in Calgary, Preeti brings scientific rigor and strategic thinking to her governance work.
